Mocha Fudge Oatmeal
- ½ cup quick or rolled oats
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 1 tsp ground espresso or espresso powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
1 scoop Growing Naturals chocolate pea or rice protein
- In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, prepare your oats by coming oats, sea salt and milk of choice until oats are fully cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Add the cocoa powder and espresso powder and mix well. Stir through the chocolate protein powder and top with extra cocoa powder and enjoy!
If oatmeal is too thick, add slightly more milk AFTER adding protein powder
Oats are delicious eaten cold and can be prepped in advance
