This healthy no-churn version is dairy-free with just enough plant protein to boost the nutrition and help keep you satisfied but without changing the delicious mango flavor.
Ingredients

3 cups frozen mango

1 full fat can of coconut milk (unsweetened)

2-3 scoops Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein*
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and cover tightly.
Place in the freezer to harden at least 3 hours (or overnight).
If freezing overnight, you’ll need to thaw it out for at least 1 hour.
Note
*Using the vanilla flavor adds vanilla and a hint of sweetener. Please note, the more scoops of protein the more satisfying it will be, but also the more you will taste the pea protein. At 2 scoops the pea protein taste was negligible.
