Vanilla Gingerbread Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ cup quick oats

1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Brown Rice Protein Powder
- ½ tsp gingerbread spice

¼ cup almond butter (or substitute with nut/seed butter of choice)
- 2 T molasses
- ¼ cup dairy-free milk of choice
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, quick oats, protein powder and spices and mix well. In a small bowl, melt the almond butter with molasses until fully combined. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Using a tablespoon, add dairy free milk until a thick batter is formed. Roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
Optional: coat bites in a ‘vanilla’ protein frosting- 1.5 scoop of Growing Naturals Brown rice Protein powder mixed with cinnamon and dairy free milk.
