Domestic (continental US) shipping is free for all subscription and minimum $47 purchases (after discounts are applied, and before tax and shipping). $12 flat rate Ground Shipping is available if purchasing less than $47 (after discounts) and shipping in continental US only. If shipping domestically but outside of the continental US, other shipping options are available during checkout. Domestic orders only.
Allow 48 business hours for order processing and 5-10 business days for delivery (unless you paid for expedited shipping). If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us immediately so that an investigation can be conducted. Our Los Angeles-based warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard Pacific Time business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
If any product is back ordered, we will fulfill the available products and contact you with the option to await restocking or process a refund.
