General Policy
Please allow 48 business hours for order processing and 5-10 business days for delivery of Standard UPS Ground and/or USPS shipping. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped, as well as email notifications once your order is out for delivery and once it has finally delivered.
Shipping to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS only.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time (according to ETA provided by UPS/USPS), please contact us immediately so that an investigation can be conducted. Our Los Angeles-based warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard Pacific Time business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

If any product is back ordered, we will fulfill the available products and contact you with the option to await restocking or process a refund.
Free Shipping on $47+ Orders
TO REDEEM FREE SHIPPING:
- Add qualifying, in-stock products totaling $47 or more (after discounts are applied) to your shopping cart
- No Offer Code Required. Standard shipping and handling charges will automatically be deducted for eligible orders after purchase threshold is met.
- Must ship domestically, within the continental US.
- Ongoing subscriptions orders (i.e. anything after the initial purchase) must total >$47 (after subscription discount) in order to continue receive free shipping.
EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Shipping charges, taxes, and deductions (from coupon codes) do not qualify toward the minimum purchase
- Shipping outside the continental US, such as to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and all other non-continental US territories
ADDITIONAL FREE SHIPPING DETAILS:
- Valid for standard/ground shipping within the continental US only

TO QUALIFY FOR $12 FLAT RATE:
- Add qualifying, in-stock products totaling less than $47 (after discounts are applied) to your shopping cart
- No Offer Code Required. Flat Rate option will appear at checkout if your cart total is less than $47
- Must ship domestically, within the continental US
EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Shipping charges, taxes, and deductions (from coupon codes) do not qualify toward the minimum purchase
- Shipping outside the continental US, such as to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and all other non-continental US territories
ADDITIONAL FLAT RATE SHIPPING DETAILS:
- Valid for UPS/USPS Ground shipping within the continental US only
- Growing Naturals reserves the right to change the "flat rate" shipping offer as long as the updated terms and this policy page are clearly communicated and a change in policy is called out.
- Ongoing subscriptions orders (i.e. anything after the initial purchase) that have a total <$47 (after subscription discount) will be subject to the flat shipping rate.
