HOW TO SUBSCRIBE IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS
1. Choose Your Product & Quantity
Click Shop in the top menu or below to find your favorite Growing Naturals product. Choose your type, flavor and size, then select the quantity you’d like to receive with each delivery.
2. Select Subscribe & Save + Your Frequency
Select Subscribe & Save, then choose how often you’d like your order delivered.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select.

3. Check It & Check Out!
Click Add to Cart and review your subscription details, including your product, quantity, delivery frequency and price.
Everything look good? Click Checkout to complete your order.
That’s it! Your subscription will take care of the rest.

Need more or less protein? You can manage your subscription through your Growing Naturals customer account.
No password required. On the top right hand menu, click the person icon. Then simply enter the email address associated with your subscription and we’ll send you a one-time verification code.
How to Manage Your Subscription
- Click the person icon from the top right website menu.
- Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
- Check your email for your one-time verification code.
- Enter the code to sign in.
- Select the manage subscription button.
Once you’re logged in, you can make available changes to your subscription, such as adjusting your product, quantity or delivery frequency.

What is the 3-cycle minimum?
Starting October 14, 2026, new Subscribe & Save subscriptions require a minimum of 3 subscription cycles before cancellation is available.
Your subscription will continue automatically at the delivery frequency you selected until you cancel after completing the 3-cycle minimum.
When can I cancel my subscription?
If you start a new subscription on or after October 14, 2026, you can cancel after completing your third subscription cycle. Once you’ve met the 3-cycle minimum, you can cancel anytime through your customer account.
Already subscribed? Existing subscriptions are not affected by this policy change and remain subject to the cancellation terms that applied when you originally subscribed.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! You can make available changes to your product, flavor, or quantity during your 3-cycle minimum. You cannot change your delivery frequency until 3 cycles are met.
Changing your subscription does not reset your 3-cycle commitment. Your minimum commitment is based on your subscription cycles—not on a specific product or flavor.
Skip, pause and cancel options become available after you’ve completed your third cycle.

During your first 3 subscription cycles, you can still make available changes to your product or quantity—but you won’t be able to skip, pause or cancel your subscription.
Once you’ve completed your third cycle, you’ll have full flexibility to skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription anytime
Can I subscribe to more than one item?
Absolutely! You can add multiple subscription items to your cart. Just follow the steps above and double-check the quantity and delivery frequency for each item before checking out.

No. Only individual products are currently available for subscription. You can, however, increase the quantity of an individual product you receive with each cycle.
A NOTE FOR EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS
If you started your subscription before October 14, 2026, your existing subscription is not affected by the 3-cycle minimum. Your subscription remains subject to the cancellation terms that applied when you originally subscribed.
