Directions
Place all smoothie bowl ingredients in the order shown into a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too runny, add ice cubes in increments of ½ cup until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
Note
Why do I need the yogurt to be frozen?
This will add to a thicker consistency for the smoothie bowl. Freeze your yogurt for at least an hour or put it in the freezer the night before.
What if I don't have frozen yogurt?
Add some ice to your smoothie bowl in 1/2 cup increments until you reach your desired consistency.
Don't all yogurts contain probiotics?
No. Make sure your yogurt says it "contains live cultures" or has a listed probiotic culture in the ingredients list.
