Ingredients

8-10 fl. oz. your choice lemonade (homemade or store-bought)

5-6 thin slices of fresh cucumber

(optional) 2 fl. oz. unsweetened coconut milk*

½ to 1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein (see substitution note below)

½ to 1 cup of ice
Directions
Grab a 16-24oz shaker bottle with whisk ball and remove the whisk ball temporarily. (It will be placed back in for shaking.)
Place the cucumber into a shaker bottle and muddle them thoroughly with a muddler.
Add remaining ingredients leaving protein powder last, into the shaker bottle. Add the whisk ball back in and shake until thoroughly combined. Enjoy!

Can I use pea protein instead?
Absolutely. Feel free to swap for vanilla or original pea protein (though note that original has no sweetener or vanilla flavoring so you'll want to add your own).
I don't like coconut flavor, can I use another type of milk?
Yes, feel free to try another milk of choice or completely omit it and replace with more lemonade.
