Vanilla Almond Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 cup original almond milk (or your choice milk)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1.5 scoops Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein(could substitute rice protein)

  • 1/2 tsp almond extract–to boost the yummy cherry flavor

  • handful of cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp. shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender (putting the protein powder in last) and blend until thoroughly smooth. Pour in a bowl and top with toppings. Enjoy!
