S’mores Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/4 C raw oatmeal
- 1 T coconut flour
- 1 T cocoa powder

1 scoop Growing Naturals Rice Protein Chocolate Power
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp no-salt baking powder
- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water)
- 6-8 drops vanilla liquid stevia

Crumbles graham crackers

Directions
In a small blender (I used a Magic Bullet), blend together dry ingredients until oats are ground.
Add wet ingredients and blend again to combine. You may need to add more liquid if you let it sit – coconut flour is extremely absorbent.
Heat pan over med-high, spoon batter onto pan, and cook until done (3-4 mins each side).
Top with crumbled graham crackers and marshmallows. I torched my marshmallows for a second to get them nicely melted.
