This recipe packs an impressive 23g of plant protein and 10g of fiber. It's designed to help you maintain your energy levels, keep you satisfied, and can be easily tailored to fit your individual nutritional needs.
Ingredients

1 cup plant milk of choice

½ cup dry rolled oats

1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein (may substitute for vanilla rice protein)

1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp. maple syrup (or your choice sweetener)

½ cup fresh raspberries

Optional: granola, sliced almonds or your choice nuts/seeds, drizzle of chocolate syrup, etc.

Directions
Place all ingredients (except toppings) in the order listed into a pint-size mason jar or container of your choice.
Cover with lid and give it a shake to get the protein powder mixed in.
Set in the fridge and leave it overnight.
The next day, give your oats a good stir and then place your raspberries and additional toppings of choice over the top. Enjoy!
