

Ingredients
12-14 kale leaves, I like to use black or lacinato kale
2 scoops GN Original Pea Protein Powder
3 Tbsp cold pressed olive oil
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp Nama Shoyu (raw soy sauce)
Directions
- Simply wash kale, rip leaves from stem and tear into small-ish pieces. Top kale with the remaining ingredients. Wash hands and remove rings. Massage kale firmly with both hands.
- Simply place kale prepared on a dehydrator tray with regular mesh sheet. Dehydrate on 105 for about 12 hours. Delish! Kale chips will store for a couple of weeks, but mine always get eaten right away:)
