Half a frozen banana
- 2 large, ripe peaches
- 2 cups almond milk (or your choice milk)
- 3-4 tbsp. rolled oats**
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed for a thinner consistency. Pour and enjoy!
