Ingredients

Half a frozen banana

2 large, ripe peaches (or 2 cups frozen peaches)

1.5 cups almond milk (or your choice milk)

3-4 tbsp. rolled oats** (omit for lower carb option)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

2 scoops Growing Naturals vanilla or original rice protein (or substitute with vanilla or original pea protein)

1 cup ice cubes (omit if using frozen peaches)
