Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate rice or whey protein powder
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Splash of water
- Dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Fresh fruit and nut butter of choice

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in the fridge for 15-30 minutes
- Heat up a pan to medium/hot
- Place batter into pan and flip when necessary
- Top with toppings of your choice
