A guilt-free coffee inspired by Starbucks' Peppermint Mocha!
Ingredients

4 fl. oz. strong drip coffee (See espresso substitution note below)

8 fl. oz. your choice dairy-free milk

1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut creme or butter (optional, but adds creaminess)

3-5 drops peppermint extract

1 scoop Growing Naturals Chocolate Pea Protein (can substitute with GN Chocolate Rice Protein)

dairy-free whipped topping

cocoa powder
-
crushed peppermint candy

Directions
Add all ingredients in the order listed into a shaker bottle with whisk ball.
Shake until thoroughly combined.
Pour into a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring constantly until you reach your desired temperature. Alternately, pour into a microwave safe mug and heat to your liking.
Pour into a mug and top with your choice toppings. Enjoy!

Can I use espresso instead of drip coffee?
Absolutely. Use 1-2 shots of espresso and substitute the remaining 2-3 ounces of liquid with water or more milk of choice.
