Decadent Vegan Hot Chocolate Cocoa
This recipe is made with PM Restore, our nighttime protein + fiber + herbal stress and sleep blend protein to help you relax and get a better night's rest. But PM Restore can be easily substituted with a scoop of regular chocolate rice or pea protein for a delicious daytime hot chocolate drink.
8 - 12 fl. ounces almond milk (or your choice non-dairy milk)
1 scoop Growing Naturals PM Restore*
1 tsp coconut cream (skimmed from a can of coconut milk)**
Optional: 1 inch square of dark, non-dairy chocolate (If you want a richer chocolate flavor)*

Making this for a group of friends or family? Here are measurements for 4 servings:
- Place the almond milk and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until the chocolate is entirely melted. Alternately heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes in a small glass bowl.
Whisk in the protein powder, coconut cream and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy

Note: The can of coconut milk should be refrigerated overnight or placed in a freezer a couple of hours ahead of time so that the cream hardens for use.
