Dairy-free Strawberry Chocolate Protein Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

1 cup your choice plain or vanilla dairy-free yogurt with probiotics

1 scoop Growing Naturals chocolate pea protein

4-5 strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp honey (optional)

Directions
Place the yogurt in a small bowl and mix with the chocolate pea protein using a spatula, whisk or immersion blender until thoroughly combined.
Place parchment paper over a 9 x 13 pan and pour the yogurt and protein mixture into the pan spreading as even as possible.
Top the yogurt with toppings spreading them out evenly to your liking.
Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours or more until solid.
Using your hands or a knife, chop the bark into uniform or coarse pieces to your liking.
Store any remaining pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.

Can I substitute the coconut, cinnamon, hemp and honey toppings?
Absolutely. Feel free to skip the coconut, honey, cinnamon or hemp seeds and get creative with your own toppings.
