Inspired by Starbucks' "Paradise Drink", our version adds a pinch of ginger for an antioxidant/anti-inflammatory boost and a little bit of protein to help keep your blood sugar regulated. No blender needed. Just shake and go!
Pineapple Ginger Paradise Shake
16 fl oz.
6-8 oz. pineapple juice
4 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
½ tsp ground ginger (or ½ tsp ginger puree)
½-1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein*
1 cup of ice
Place all ingredients into a shaker bottle (with whisk ball) in the order listed and shake thoroughly. Enjoy!
*Use 1/2 a scoop for 7.5g protein or a full scoop for 15g protein.
Can I use pea protein instead of rice protein?
Absolutely. Feel free to substitute with vanilla or original pea protein (just keep in mind original pea has no added sweeteners or flavors).
