Happy Gut Blueberry Smoothie (with Hidden Spinach)
Creamy and delicious blueberry smoothie that is also good for your gut. Loaded with probiotics, protein, antioxidants, fiber, plus the best part? You can't even taste the spinach!
1 cup blueberry drinkable yogurt (e.g. kefir) with live cultures/probiotics
1.5 scoops GN Vanilla Pea Protein (or substitute with vanilla rice protein)
1 cup blueberries, frozen
½ bright yellow banana, frozen (contains prebiotic fiber)
2-3 dashes ground cinnamon
1 handful baby spinach leaves
1 tsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients in the order listed into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with chia seeds. Enjoy!
