Quinoa Crisp Chocolate
1 cup cacao powder
1 cup coconut oil (cold pressed organic)
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup raw honey, or raw agave, or maple syrup
½ cup quinoa crisps
⅓ cup GN Chocolate Rice Protein Powder
½ cup goji berries (optional)
Melt coconut oil by placing the glass jar in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Combine cacao powder, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and your choice of liquid sweetener in blender.
Add Growing Naturals Chocolate Protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in quinoa crisps and/or goji berries and pour into glass 8×8 baking dish or any fun chocolate mold.
Put in refrigerator. Allow at least an hour to chill before serving. If chilled overnight, allow to soften 15 minutes before cutting into square pieces.
