Jungle Peanut Carob Chocolate Cookies
2 cup wild jungle peanuts
3 scoops GN Chocolate Rice Protein Powder
½ cup organic carob chips
¼ cup organic chocolate chips
3 Tbsp cold pressed macadamia nut oil or peanut oil
4 dates, pitted
- Combine all ingredients in food processor with chop tool, mix until well blended.
- Spoon out and create cookie balls with your hands by rolling the dough into a sphere with your palms. Then press the sphere into a flattened circle about ¾ inch thick.
- Place cookies on mesh dehydrator tray. Dehydrate on 105 for 12 hours. Store in fridge.
