- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1/2 c skim milk + 1/2 c water + ice cubes
- 1 c blackberries + raspberries
1.5 scoop chocolate Growing Naturals Rice Protein
- 2 drops of mint extract
- 1/2 c Kirkland Trail Mix Granola
Throw all ingredients (except for the granola) into your blender and then top with granola! With this recipe you can use any fruit or milk of choice. If you don’t have granola, you could add 1/2 avocado or a tablespoon of peanut butter for some healthy fats.
