Debbie's Protein Pulp Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup juice pulp

2 tbsp brown rice protein (I used Growing Naturals Original Brown Rice Protein)

2 tbsp whey protein (I used Fitmixer Protein)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
- almond milk
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
- Blend all ingredients together. Add almond milk in small amounts if batter is too thick. This will depend on how wet your pulp is. I only needed about 1tbsp
- Pour into mini loaf pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool. Top with desired toppings.
