Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie
- 1 medium sweet potato, cooked & peeled (approximately 1 cup)
- 1 cup brown rice milk (or allergy friendly milk of choice)
- 1 cup ice
1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Rice Protein Powder
1 teaspoon organic stevia or your choice sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and slurp away!
