Ingredients

1 scoop of Growing Naturals Original Rice Protein Powder

1/2 scoop of Growing Naturals Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup of egg white
- 1/8 cup of unsweetened almond-milk
- 24 Fresh blueberries (mashed) and locally grown honey
Directions
- Combine wet ingredients into a bowl – egg white & unsweetened almond milk
- Incorporate dry ingredients into the wet – Growing Naturals Rice and Pea Protein
- Whisk well, and add to a non-stick pan.
- Cook until firm
- Mash blueberries and honey until juices are released
- Add blueberries on top of pancakes
