Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin

1 cup flax milk (or your choice milk)
- 1 cup ice

1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Rice Protein Powder (may substitute with vanilla pea protein)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (recipe here)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and slurp away!
