Post Workout Protein Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop Growing Naturals Pea Protein
- 1 1/4 c Bai Molokai Coconut beverage
Handful of Power Greens (kale, spinach, etc.)
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup Blackberries
- 1 T Manitoba Hemp Hearts
- Spoonful of Nuttzo
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend away.
- Pour into a mason jar or your favorite glass and top with Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts.
