Ingredients
- 2-3 medium to small green kiwis
- 2 cups raw baby kale
- 1/2 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup your choice milk (I used coconut unsweetened)
- 2 cups water

2 scoops Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- 5-10 ice cubes (optional, if you want a thicker smoothie)
Directions
Place all ingredients (except protein powder) into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add protein powder and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with your choice toppings
