- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1.5 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein
- 1/2 frozen banana (frozen will make shake thicker, can be unfrozen)
- 2-4 pitted Medjool dates (depending on the sweetness wanted)
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- ice* use only if unfrozen banana was used
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth
