- 1 Cup water (cold preferred)
1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Rice Milk Powder (or 1 cup or vanilla almond milk)
2/3 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Pea Protein
1/2 scoop Growing Naturals Original Rice Protein
- ¼ Cup frozen mango chunks
- ¼ banana (fresh or frozen)
Directions
Pour liquids, then solids and finally powder. Blend and serve.
