Ingredients
- 1 apple

2 Tbsp Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein
- 2 Tbsp your choice non-dairy milk powder (or substititute 1-2 cups of water below with any liquid non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 3 ½ cups water
1 tsp cloves
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
- 1 cup ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. This is delightful for dessert or breakfast. Enjoy!
