A healthy egg-less, vegan "nog" with 24g of protein and flavored with spices to keep you full for hours!
Ingredients

8-10 oz your choice plant milk or water (warmed up to your liking)

1.5 Scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Rice Protein Powder (or substitute with vanilla pea protein)

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp clove

¼ tsp nutmeg
Directions
Place all ingredients in shaker bottle in the order listed and shake until well mixed.
- This is a terrific way to start the day for both you and the kids!
Note
For a creamier and thicker "nog" experience, use pea protein as the protein or if using rice protein substitute 4oz of liquid with full fat coconut milk.
