Ingredients

1 scoop Growing Naturals Original Pea Protein Powder (could substitute with Original Rice Protein Powder)

3 cups frozen peaches (unsweetened)
- 1 cup your choice milk
- 2 tsp honey or your choice sweetener
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 dashes nutmeg
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with milk at the bottom and protein powder last. Blend until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
Note
Can I use fresh peaches? Absolutely! Just make sure to add 1-2 cups of ice so the smoothie turns out frozen.
Prefer a smoothie bowl? Reduce milk by ½ cup and add a few ice cubes as needed to thicken the consistency. Use a high-power blender to blend. Pour in a bowl and top with granola, chia seeds or your choice toppings
