Cranberry Orange Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh cranberries (not the dried, sweetened kind)
- 3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice with pulp (not from concentrate)
- 1/2 fresh medium apple (with skin)
- 1 cup water
- 1 inch cube of fresh ginger, peeled

3/4 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein

1/2 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein
- 5-8 ice cubes (for a thicker chilled smoothie)
Directions
Place all ingredients (except protein powder) into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Then add protein powders and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Pour in a big glass and enjoy!
