- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour

1 cup Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Pea Protein powder
- 1 cup organic cane sugar

1 cup butter (or butter substitute)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups apples
- 1 cup almond milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Cream sugar and butter. Add dry ingredients. Slowly add milk. Once all ingredients are combined, fold in apples. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375°. Cool and top with organic sugar and cinnamon for a crunch!
