Ingredients
1.5 scoop of Growing Naturals Vanilla or Chocolate Rice Protein Powder
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder (use if you are using a vanilla or unflavored protein or want more of a chocolaty smoothie)
1 T of walnuts
1 T of non dairy chocolate chips
- 1 peeled banana (preferably frozen)
1 tsp of vanilla flavor
8 oz of non dairy milk
1/4 cup of ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend well, top with more chocolate chips and walnuts if desired and enjoy!
