Chocolate Chip Protein Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 can rinsed and drained chick peas
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/4 c coconut sugar
- 2 T maple agave 1/4 c spelt flour
- 1/4 c coconut flour

1/2 c Growing Naturals Pea Protein
- 3T powdered peanut butter
- 2 T water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 /3 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 c chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven 350
- Blend all ingredients til smooth.
- Fold in chips.
- Spray 8 X 8 in pan.
- Put batter in pan and add additional chips for decoration.
- Bake 40 min or so til toothpick comes out clean.
