Ingredients
- 1/4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1.5 scoop GN vanilla rice protein powder

1 raw carrot, peeled and chopped

3 oz silken tofu (or substitute with your choice vanilla yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 in piece fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg

7-8 drops liquid stevia (or substitute with your choice sweetener)
- Ice, to taste
- 1/8 tsp Guar Gum (optional, but will add creaminess)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
