1 heaping Tbsp Kolat Blueberry Cinnamon Walnut spread (may substitute with 1 tbsp your choice nut or seed butter + 2-3 dashes of cinnamon)
- 1/2 tsp maca
- pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 frozen banana

1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Rice Protein

1/3 cup frozen blueberries and some ice cubes

Top with blueberries, mulberries and cinnamon and/or some granola clusters.
