- 1/2 tsp maca
- pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 frozen banana
1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Rice Protein
- 1/4-1/3 cup frozen blueberries and ice
- Top with blueberries, mulberries and cinnamon.
