Hydrate without the sugar crash with this fruity lemonade made with fresh muddled blueberries and a pinch of protein. No blender required. Just muddle, shake and go!
Blueberry Lemonade Bliss Shake
16 fl. ozs.
¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
8-10 ozs. your choice lemonade (homemade or store bought)
(optional) 2 fl. oz. unsweetened coconut milk*
½ to 1 cup of ice
Grab a 16-24oz shaker bottle with whisk ball and remove the whisk ball temporarily. (It will be placed back in for shaking.)
Place the blueberries into a shaker bottle and muddle them thoroughly with a muddler.
Add remaining ingredients leaving protein powder last, into the shaker bottle. Add the whisk ball back in and shake until thoroughly combined. Enjoy!
Can I use pea protein instead?
Absolutely. Feel free to swap for vanilla or original pea protein (though note that original has no sweetener or vanilla flavoring so you'll want to add your own).
I don't like coconut flavor, can I use another type of milk?
Yes, feel free to try another milk of choice or completely omit it and replace with more lemonade.
