Protein Powered Guacamole and Chips

Easy to make with fresh ingredients and loaded with flavor and a pinch of protein! Have it as a snack or meal for yourself or double it up to share with friends.
Ingredients

1 ripe hass avocado

½ scoop Growing Naturals Original pea protein

½ thin slice of red onion, diced

½ roma tomato, diced
-
½ jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced (optional)

1 tsp minced garlic
-
1-2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro

½ lime, juiced
-
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop it out with a spoon into a small bowl.
Add the protein powder and mix and mash it with a fork, leaving it as chunky or smooth as you like.
Add remaining ingredients and stir it all together.
Note
Can I use original rice protein instead of pea protein?
Although the texture may change a big, feel free to swap out for Original Rice protein instead.
