Guru Kelly Itsell: How to Work Out While on the Road

Don’t let going on vacation keep you from getting in a good daily workout! When I travel, I definitely bring workout clothes and shoes, resistance bands and maybe an interval timer.  Plan ahead: check out the area where you’ll be staying  – look for dunes, hiking trails or look for stairways once you’re there. If your hotel  doesn’t have a gym, try my Hotel Room Workout interval training which you can do right in your hotel room!
