Ingredientsketo avo green smoothie

  • 1/3 ripened hass avocado (frozen preferably)
  • 1 cup or large handful of fresh kale or spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute with unsweetened cashew or coconut  milk)
  • 1 scoop Growing Naturals Premium vanilla rice protein
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • a few dashes of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice or more


  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a glass and top with hemp seeds.

This recipe is keto-friendly, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and added sugar-free
