Ingredients
- 1/3 ripened hass avocado (frozen preferably)
- 1 cup or large handful of fresh kale or spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute with unsweetened cashew or coconut milk)
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals Premium vanilla rice protein
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- a few dashes of cinnamon
- 1 cup of ice or more
Topping:
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a glass and top with hemp seeds.
