Makes about 8 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals chocolate pea protein
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 – 1 tbsp peanut butter for topping
Directions:
- Preheat pan at medium/low setting.
- Blend all ingredients except peanut butter in a blender until smooth
- Coat pan with cooking spray or 1/4 tbsp coconut oil
- Pour some batter and cook about 3 minutes per side
- Top pancakes with peanut butter or any other topping like nuts and cinnamon
