Makes about 8 pancakesvegan chocolate peanut butter pancakes



  1. Preheat pan at medium/low setting.
  2. Blend all ingredients except peanut butter in a blender until smooth
  3. Coat pan with cooking spray or 1/4 tbsp coconut oil
  4. Pour some batter and cook about 3 minutes per side
  5. Top pancakes with peanut butter or any other topping like nuts and cinnamon
