Makes 1 serving
- 1.5 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp espresso OR instant coffee
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice (can sub with a frozen banana)
- In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until fully immersed.
- Pour into a large glass or mug and top with whipped topping and enjoy!
This can be enjoyed warm. Simply omit the ice and mix the brown rice protein with 2 tablespoons of hot water until completely mixed through. Add warmed almond milk, instant coffee, vanilla extract and enjoy!
