Makes 1 serving
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla rice or whey protein powder
- ½ tsp espresso OR instant coffee powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice (can sub with a frozen banana)
- In a high speed blender, placing liquids in first, combine all ingredients and blend until fully immersed.
- Pour into a large glass or mug and top with whipped topping (optional) and enjoy!
