- 1 cup unsweetened almond, rice or oat milk
- 1/2 to 1 Cup ice
- 1 packet of Sambazon frozen Acai berry
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein
- 1 large leaf kale, chard or green leaf of choice
- 1-2 tsp. honey
Place ingredients in the order listed in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour and enjoy!
