This luxurious no-cook, dairy-free recipe can be used as a 1:1 replacement for sweetened condensed milk in recipes.
1 cup + 2 tablespoons Creamy Vanilla RiceDrink Powder
3/4 cup white sugar or coconut sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons canola or melted coconut oil
Place RiceDrink Powder and sugar in blender.
Blend for 30 seconds to powder.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend for 2 minutes, or until thick and creamy.
Makes approximately 14 ounces
